The access of people not registered at the entrance is not allowed by the condominium. Therefore, the guest will only be able to receive a visit if he first communicates and passes the guest's identification information to the company me2 forwarded to the administration of the condominium.
The overnight stay of anyone who is not part of the reservation will not be allowed. If this is done without the owner's consent, a request for immediate cancellation of the reservation will be forwarded for breach of contract and the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the remaining nights.

Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 to 08:00.
Any fine or any damage caused by guests is the responsibility of the reservation holder.
