SELF CHECK-IN – At this property, guests complete check-in without the presence of a host.

The condominium does not allow access for individuals who are not registered at the front desk. Therefore, guests may only receive visitors after informing Me2 in advance and providing the visitor’s identification details so we can forward them to the condominium management.

Overnight stays by anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted. If this occurs without the owner’s consent, an immediate cancellation request will be submitted due to breach of contract, and the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the remaining nights.

Guests must comply with all condominium rules and quiet hours.

It is prohibited to hang rugs, towels, clothes, or any objects on windows, balconies, or outdoor areas.

It is prohibited to dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. We conduct inspections between reservations and, if identified, a R$150 fine will apply.

Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

Loud noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

Any fines or damages caused are the responsibility of the reservation holder.
