Não é permitido pelo condomínio o acesso de pessoas não cadastradas na portaria. Portanto, o hospede só poderá receber alguma visita se antes comunicar e passar as informações de identificação do convidado a empresa me2 encaminhara a administração do condomínio.
Não será permitido o pernoite de qualquer pessoa que não faça parte da reserva. Caso isso seja feito sem o consentimento do proprietário, será encaminhado um pedido de cancelamento imediato da reserva por descumprimento contratual e o hospede não terá direito ao reembolso das diárias restantes.
O hóspede deve seguir a todas as regras do condomínio e horários.
- É proibido pendurar tapetes, toalhas, roupas ou quaisquer objetos nas janelas, varandas ou áreas externas.
- É proibido fazer o descarte do papel higiênico no vaso sanitário. Realizamos vistoria entre reservas e, se identificado, sujeito a multa de R$ 150.
- É proibido fazer festas/eventos no imóvel.
- É proibido fumar nas áreas internas.
- É proibido som em alto volume a partir das 22h até as 8h.
- É proibido a presença de pets no imóvel.
Qualquer multa ou dano causado é de responsabilidade do titular da reserva.
