The condominium does not allow access to unregistered guests. Therefore, guests will only be able to receive visitors if they first communicate and pass on the guest's identification information to the company me2, which will forward it to the condominium management.

Anyone who is not part of the reservation will not be allowed to stay overnight. If this is done without the owner's consent, a request for immediate cancellation of the reservation will be sent for breach of contract and the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the remaining nights.

Smoking is not allowed.

Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 to 08:00.

Pets are not allowed.

Any fine or damage caused by guests is the responsibility of the booking holder.

Check in from 2pm until 8pm
