Descumprimentos identificados em vistorias entre reservas acarretarão multa de R$ 150. - Festas ou eventos no imóvel são proibidos. - É proibido fumar nas áreas internas. - É proibido som em alto volume a partir das 22h até as 8h. - Não é permitida a presença de pets no imóvel. - Qualquer multa ou dano causado será de responsabilidade do titular da reserva.
