Access to the condominium is restricted to pre-registered guests. If you wish to receive visitors, please inform Me2 in advance and provide your visitor’s identification details so that access can be authorized. Overnight stays by people not listed on the reservation are not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules, without prior consent from Me2, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund of the remaining nights, due to contractual violation.

Guests must follow all condominium rules, including: it is forbidden to hang rugs, towels, clothes, or any objects on windows, balconies, or external areas; do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet bowl — non-compliance identified during inspections will result in a R$150 fine; parties or events are not allowed; smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; loud noises are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; pets are not allowed; and any fines or damages are the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, an additional fee of R$100 will be charged, and after 10:00 PM, an additional fee of R$160 applies. For last-minute reservations, guests must wait for the host’s arrival, with an estimated waiting time of 20 minutes to 1 hour after confirmation. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM, and late check-out will result in an additional daily rate charge.

Please note that the condominium’s shared areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other administrative reasons, and availability is subject to these conditions. In accordance with condominium regulations, Me2 requires identification documents from all guests once the reservation is confirmed.
