It is not allowed by the condominium the access of people not registered in the concierge. Therefore, the guest can only receive a visit if he communicates and passes the guest identification and information to the company Me2, to forward to the condominium administration.

Any person who is not part of the reservation will not be allowed to stay overnight. If this is done without the owner's consent, a request for immediate cancellation of the reservation will be forwarded for breach of contract and the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the remaining nights.

Smoking is not allowed.

Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 to 08:00.

Pets are not allowed.

Any fine or any damage caused by the guests is the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Check in from 14:00 until 20:00

Ótima localização, apto muito bem estruturado, com roupa de cama e banho, mais itens de higiene. Cozinha bem aparelhada. Ar condicionado funcionando nos quartos e sala. Possui restaurantes próximos e supermercado. Perto da ponte Hercílio Luz. Próximo do centro da cidade, onde pude resolver o que precisava, além de poder conhecer um pouco mais de Floripa. Recomendo.
