Due to the pandemic, the rules for using the common area of the condominium must be consulted to inform rules and restrictions updates.
It is not allowed by the condominium the access of people not registered in the concierge. Therefore, the guest can only receive a visit if he communicates and passes the guest identification information to the company Me2 to forward to the condominium administration.
Any person who is not part of the reservation will not be allowed to stay overnight. If this is done without the consent of the owner, a request for immediate cancellation of the reservation will be forwarded for breach of contract and the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the remaining nights.
Smoking is not allowed.
Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 to 08:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Any fine or any damage caused by guests is the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Excelente opção para famílias, especialmente com crianças. Condomínio pé na areia, com infraestrutura de praia (cadeiras e guarda sol), restaurante no próprio condomínio, piscina aberta e coberta, academia, parquinho, etc. O apartamento é ótimo também, super bem mobiliado e equipado (utensílios de cozinha). Camas bem confortáveis e banho excelente. Quando nos hospedamos tivemos pequenos problemas com as janelas e cortinas da sacada, que não estavam abrindo direito, mas imagino que devem arrumar isso em breve. Super recomendo a estadia.

Excelente opção para famílias, especialmente com crianças.
