It is not allowed by the condominium the access of people not registered in the concierge. Therefore, the guest can only receive a visit if he communicates and passes the guest identification and information to the company Me2, to forward to the condominium administration.

Any person who is not part of the reservation will not be allowed to stay overnight. If this is done without the owner's consent, a request for immediate cancellation of the reservation will be forwarded for breach of contract and the guest will not be entitled to a refund of the remaining nights.

Smoking is not allowed.

Loud music is not allowed after 22:00 to 08:00.

Pets are not allowed.

Any fine or any damage caused by th

e guests is the responsibility of the reservation holder.

Recebemos um ótimo atendimento da central e da anfitriã. Tivemos problemas com a geladeira que foi sanado rapidamente. Certamente voltaremos.

Localização, infraestrutura do condomínio. Praia sensacional. Acomodação confortável e tranquila.

Faltou cadeiras de praia e guarda sol, indispensáveis para um apartamento na praia.
