SELF CHECK-IN

In this property, check-in is performed independently, without the presence of a host.

Access to the condominium is restricted to registered guests only. Therefore, visitors are only allowed if the guest informs Me2 in advance and provides the visitor’s identification details so they can be submitted to the condominium administration for approval.

Overnight stays for anyone not included in the reservation are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund for the remaining nights.

Guests must comply with all condominium rules and schedules.

Package deliveries are not allowed: Receiving deliveries at the property or condominium during the stay is not permitted. Any online orders may be refused by the front desk. We recommend using nearby pickup points or lockers.

Hanging towels, clothes, rugs, or any objects on windows, balconies, or external areas is prohibited.

Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Inspections are carried out between stays, and if identified, a fine of R$150 may be applied.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

Loud noise is not allowed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Any fines or damages will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
