- AFTER 10:00 PM, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 160.00 WILL BE CHARGED
- For last minute bookings, you will need to wait for the host to arrive, with an estimated wait time between 20 minutes and 1 hour after the reservation is confirmed.

HOSTED CHECK-IN
This property offers check-in with the presence of a host.
IMPORTANT:
Visitors: Access to the condominium is restricted to people previously registered at the front desk. If the guest wishes to receive visitors, they must inform Me2 in advance and provide the guest’s identification details so the administration can authorize access.
Overnight stays: Overnight stays are not permitted for people who are not included in the reservation.
Penalties: Failure to comply with these rules, without prior consent from Me2, will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund of the remaining nights, due to breach of contract.
CONDOMINIUM RULES:
Guests must respect all condominium rules, including:
The use of the building’s common areas (gym, pool, and party room) is prohibited.
It is prohibited to hang rugs, towels, clothes, or objects on windows, balconies, or external areas.
Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Non-compliance identified during inspections between reservations will result in a R$150 fine.
Parties or events in the property are prohibited.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
Loud noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Any fines or damages caused will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS
CHECK-IN: 2:00 PM TO 8:00 PM
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: an additional fee of R$100 will be charged.
After 10:00 PM: an additional fee of R$160 will be charged.
After sending the document, the guest must wait up to 1 hour for access authorization. We recommend sending the documents in advance to avoid delays at check-in.
For last-minute reservations, it will be necessary to wait for the host to arrive, with an estimated waiting time between 20 minutes and 1 hour after the reservation is confirmed.
CHECK-OUT: UNTIL 10:00 AM
Check-out after 10:00 AM will result in the charge of an additional daily rate.
