SELF CHECK-IN
This property offers self check-in, meaning guests check in without the presence of a host.
Access to the condominium is restricted to registered individuals only. Therefore, guests may only receive visitors if they notify Me2 in advance and provide the visitor’s identification details. Me2 will forward the information to the condominium administration for approval.
Overnight stays by anyone not included in the reservation are not allowed. If this occurs without the property owner’s consent, an immediate cancellation request will be submitted due to breach of contract, and the guest will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining nights.
Guests must comply with all condominium rules and established quiet hours.
Hanging rugs, towels, clothes, or any objects on windows, balconies, or external areas is prohibited.
Disposing of toilet paper in the toilet is prohibited. Inspections are carried out between reservations, and if identified, a fine of R$150 will apply.
Parties or events are not allowed in the property.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Loud noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
