IMPORTANT:
Visitor access: Access to the condominium is restricted to previously registered individuals at the front desk. If the guest wishes to receive visitors, they must inform Me2 in advance and provide the guest’s identification details so that access can be authorized.
Overnight stays: Overnight stays are not permitted for individuals not included in the reservation.
Penalties: Failure to comply with these rules, without prior consent from Me2, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund for the remaining nights, due to breach of contract.
CONDOMINIUM RULES:
Guests must comply with all condominium regulations, including:
Hanging rugs, towels, clothes, or any objects on windows, balconies, or external areas is prohibited.
Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Violations identified during inspections between stays will result in a fine of R$150.
Parties or events are not allowed in the property.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Loud noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Any fines or damages caused will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
