At this property, guests complete the check-in process without the presence of a host.
IMPORTANT:
Visitor access: Access to the condominium is restricted to people previously registered at the front desk. If the guest wishes to receive visitors, they must notify Me2 in advance and provide the visitor’s identification details so that the administration can authorize access.
Overnight stays: Overnight stays are not allowed for individuals who are not included in the reservation.
Penalties: Failure to comply with these rules, without prior consent from Me2, will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund of the remaining nights, due to contractual violation.

Guests must respect all condominium rules, including:
It is prohibited to hang rugs, towels, clothes, or any objects on windows, balconies, or external areas.
Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Non-compliance identified during inspections between reservations will result in a R$150 fine.
Parties or events in the property are prohibited.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
Loud music is not allowed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Any fines or damages caused will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
