2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

All beds are provided with complete bed linen.

Cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out. If the guest requests an extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Neste imóvel, o hóspede faz o check-in sem a presença de um anfitrião.

IMPORTANTE:

- Acesso de visitantes: O acesso ao condomínio é restrito a pessoas previamente cadastradas na portaria. Se o hóspede deseja receber visitas, deve comunicar a Me2 com antecedência e fornecer os dados de identificação do convidado para que a administração possa autorizar o acesso.

- Pernoite: Não é permitido o pernoite de pessoas que não constem na reserva.

- Penalidades: O descumprimento destas regras, sem o consentimento prévio da Me2, resultará no cancelamento imediato da reserva, sem direito ao reembolso das diárias restantes, por violação contratual.

REGRAS DO CONDOMÍNIO:

O hóspede deve respeitar todas as normas do condomínio, incluindo:

- É proibido pendurar tapetes, toalhas, roupas ou objetos nas janelas, varandas ou áreas externas.

- Não descarte papel higiênico no vaso sanitário. Descumprimentos identificados em vistorias entre reservas acarretarão multa de R$ 150.

- Festas ou eventos no imóvel são proibidos.

- É proibido fumar nas áreas internas.

- É proibido som em alto volume a partir das 22h até as 8h.

- Não é permitida a presença de pets no imóvel.

- Qualquer multa ou dano causado será de responsabilidade do titular da reserva.
